The Blocker uses Android’s Accessibility Service API (android.permission.BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE) and is declared as an accessibility tool (isAccessibilityTool) only to:
The Accessibility Service is not used to read personal messages, collect browsing history, record keystrokes outside supported browser search fields, capture your screen, collect conversations, or send any information to any server or third party. All processing happens locally on your device.
The Blocker may run as a foreground service using FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE to ensure 24/7, real-time protection. This allows the Blocker to stay active and immediately act when restricted adult text is typed in a supported browser search field.
The Blocker may request Device Admin permission to prevent the app from being uninstalled or disabled without proper approval. This permission is used only for:

Inside the Blocker settings, the “Add Partner” feature allows you to choose a trusted person to approve changes that would weaken your protection (such as disabling the blocker, turning off Accessibility Service, or removing Device Admin protection).
The app does not send screenshots, browsing history, website URLs, app usage logs, or typed text to the partner. Only minimal information related to your request to change protection settings may be shared for approval purposes.
The Blocker may run in the background in order to stay active 24/7 and reliably remove or block adult/pornographic search input in supported browsers. Background activity is used solely to maintain protection and does not involve collecting or sending any personal data.
